Tara Groves is a licensed Veterinary Technician from Philpot Kentucky. Tara is a certified Peaceful Euthanasia Professional and a certified Fear Free Professional. She graduated from Murray State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Health Technology and has been a member of the Kentuckiana family ever since. The growing Groves residence consists of Tara’s husband James Groves, their sons Sawyer and Mason, daughter Charlotte, canine companions “Ladybug” and “Doug”, and feline companion “Monk.” Her professional interests are in neonatal care, positive reinforcement training, quality patient care, and client education. Tara spends a majority of her time training up the next generation of vet techs at OCTC.
