When you schedule an appointment with Kentuckiana Animal Clinic we purposefully set aside enough time to provide you and your pet the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to communicate a cancelation will result in a "no-show fee."

Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy

Any established client who fails to show for an appointment or who cancels/reschedules an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $25.00 fee. This fee will be added to the client account and is due at the time of the patients next office visit.
